Digital Gurukul Realty is not responsible for approving, processing, or determining refunds for payments made directly to developers.

However, we will assist buyers in coordinating with the respective developer wherever possible.

3. For Property Sellers

If you engage Digital Gurukul Realty to market or promote your property, any service fees, advertising charges, or marketing expenses paid to us are generally non-refundable once the agreed services have commenced.

If the requested service has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request to cancel consultancy or marketing services by contacting our team in writing.

Approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with the agreed service terms and any applicable deductions.

5. Processing of Refunds

Where a refund is approved by Digital Gurukul Realty, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–15 business days, subject to verification and applicable banking timelines.
